Meatball Thing

Bag of frozen meatballs to a bowl and place in microwave to thaw.

Cheese Sauce – in a saucepan add 2 tablespoons of butter, 1 clove of garlic, 2 tablespoons of flour, heat, add some milk and whisk, and then add more milk, salt and pepper.

Slice meatballs into halves; add some pesto and olive oil and mix.

Slice a piece of bread, and add cheese sauce and meatballs. Top with cheese, mozzarella or jack, place in oven for 15 minutes.

Green Goddess Salad Dressing

In a blender add Tarragon (hand pick leaves out), chives, parsley, green onions (light and white parts only) 2 teaspoons anchovy paste, 1 clove of garlic, lemon juice, 2 tablespoons of sour cream, salt and pepper, and blend.

Croutons

Heat up a wok.

Cut up a bread loaf and by hand take out bite size bread bits, add to wok.  Once they get toasty after 5 minutes,  add 2 tablespoons of butter, some olive oil and mix.  Add salt, pepper, and garlic powder, chopped up parsley and more butter.   

Broccoli Soup

Chop some broccoli florets into smaller pieces  add to baking sheet and put in oven at 420 degrees for 20 minutes

In a pot heat and add chopped 1/2 onion, a clove of garlic 1/3 of a cup of flour and butter, add broccoli and mix. add cup and a 1/2 of sharp cheddar, and mix, add 1/2 cup of milk and stir let simmer. add salt and pepper simmer 5 minute. Blend with hand blender.

Serve in bowl add hot sauce – bacon bits – and croutons
