It’s ‘Food You Can Eat While Drinking Day’ on Sam the Cooking Guy.

Pull apart Sourdough Bread: Cut the top of a sourdough roll. In a bowl add shredded Parmesan, 3 cloves, green onion, crispy bacon, and a squeeze of olive oil and mix. 

In a pot heat up 1/3 cup of butter, 2 tablespoons of Dijon mustard and some oregano. 

Add the cheesy mixture to the sourdough roll, and then place roll on a baking sheet and add the hot butter mixture.  Cover with foil and place it in oven at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. 

After 15 minutes open up the foil and put back in oven for 5 minutes to brown.

Fried Pickles: Cut dill pickles into thin slices. Set up a breading station using 3 bowls, one with flour, one with 2 beaten eggs, and third with Panko crumbs and season with salt and pepper.  

Heat a pot with oil to 350 degrees.

Bread pickle slices, start with flour, then eggs, and then Panko. Add to hot oil for 3-4 minutes.

Dipping sauce: in a bowl mix, mayo, chili powder, lime juice and garlic.

Loose Meat Sandwich: In a pan brown ground beef, add a small diced onion, salt and pepper, cayenne, garlic powder, onion powder, & Worcester sauce.  In a pot boil a cup of water and add a teaspoon of beef broth and mix, next add to meat and let simmer for 10 minutes. 

Grill a bun and add mayo, then add meat, top with shredded cheese and top with French crispy onions.

Lobster Poutine: In a pot add onions, garlic, 2 tablespoons of flour and butter and some sake, heat and then add 1/2 cup of clam juice and 1/2 cup of milk, heat until it thickens.

Cut shell from a small lobster tail and cut into little pieces.

After Poutine bubbles add 2 oz of Monterey Jack cheese and smoked Gruyere cheese to pot, stir and add salt, pepper and cayenne pepper.

In a small pan add butter, salt, pepper and chopped green onion, add in lobster pieces.

In a plate add some tater tots, the lobster pieces and top with Poutine sauce.
