My Guy – Lisa’s Story

(Cox7 advertiser) Monica and Lisa Haffner, Spokesperson for My Guy Referrals, talk about bad experiences with contractors and how to change that with My Guy.

Lisa relates a story about having her own contractor disasters when she and her husband purchased an older home and had a lot of work done on the house to make it the home they envisioned. Some of the contractors were good and some were not. Things had to be redone, new contractors were needed and extra money was spent. About the time she was contacted by My Guy to become the spokesperson, the home was in need of a new roof. She contacted a roofer on the My Guy Referral list and was impressed with the quality of their work and their courtesy, attention to detail and professionalism. She says she can’t brag enough about the roofers and notes that is the kind of experience viewers can expect from My Guy Referrals.

Lisa’s parents owned a business in Chicago when she was growing up and she can relate to the importance of supporting local businesses. She knows the effort her parents put in to make all their clients feel important and welcome.

Lisa was willing to put her name behind the businesses found on My Guy Referrals because it is reminiscent of her parent’s philosophy; making sure the job is done right and the customer is satisfied and happy.
